Banking Career
Greg spent 23 years with a nationally chartered commercial bank that grew to approximately $2.4 billion in assets, serving as Chief Credit Officer, CEO, board member, and shareholder.
His responsibilities included executive oversight of commercial lending, credit quality, underwriting standards, portfolio risk, lending policy, regulatory matters, and major credit decisions across commercial and industrial, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, and commercial real estate.
As Chief Credit Officer and CEO, Greg held direct responsibility for both credit performance and the broader financial and strategic direction of the institution. During his leadership tenure, the bank consistently ranked among the strongest financial performers in its national peer group.
